At JHE Construction, we offer a Design & Build package, where we can guide our clients from the very beginning of a project. By taking a holistic approach to construction, we can take an idea for a project and navigate it through the entire process and see it to completion. Our in-house design team works closely with our clients, listening to their needs and understanding the brief. The brief is then translated into plans, drawings and 3D renders that aid our clients in visualising their idea.

Once the design is correct, we can then look to attain planning permission, building regulations approval and accurate costings to deliver the project. During this part of the process, we will liaise with engineers, consultants, building control, contractors and everybody in between.

Once we have all the necessary paperwork and approvals in place, we can then begin construction and manage the on-site phase of works. Through our involvement in the design phase, we understand every detail of the build, leaving minimal room for error in the build phase. This ultimately means that we can hand over a project to a high standard of finish, in a timely manner.

We believe that by undertaking construction in this way and being a single point of contact throughout the process, we also become a single point of responsibility. Being a single point of responsibility puts the onus onto us to maintain fluid communication and productivity between our clients, our staff and our contractors. Our years of experience and continued effort to refine this process means that we can positively deliver on this.
