Jordan Hay-Ellis
Managing Director
With 17 years of experience in the construction industry, Jordan has a diverse range of experience and knowledge across all aspects of construction. Jordan is responsible for the management, strategy and vision of the business, and has directed our team from a small tin-pot firm that we once were, to the well established business that we now are. He oversees our tendering process, seeing us secure an increasing quality of projects to deliver year-on-year. He keeps a hand in all projects that we are appointed to deliver, holding our team accountable to quality, timeframes and client relationships.

Sean Tugnutt
Contracts Manager
Sean brings a wealth of experience in construction and project management to our team. He has worked with Jordan for 17 years and has been an important figure head in the years it has taken to build our team and client base. He is ultimately responsible for business operations, overseeing the daily management of our in-house teams and extensive sub-contractor network. Sean has a keen eye for detail in all things relating to the projects, and this is evident in the was he meticulously manages a safe, clean and efficient on site operation.

Jamie Walker
Site Lead
Jamie is one of our site lead, taking responsibility for the progression of a site on a daily basis. His role is to ensure that we are maintaining our standards in health & safety, quality and efficiency. Jamie is a strong team player and has become a vital team part of our team. Having worked with both Jordan & Sean for nearly 7 years, he has taken the opportunity to grow along with the company in a remarkable way.

Site Lead
John is one of our site lead, taking responsibility for the progression of a site on a daily basis. His role is to ensure that we are maintaining our standards in health & safety, quality and efficiency. John’s wealth of knowledge in the construction industry has been a vital part of our progression and deliverability of our projects. He represent another team member that has been a strong presence in our team for over 6 years.

Lewis Graysmark
Site Lead
Lewis is one of our site lead, taking responsibility for the progression of a site on a daily basis. His role is to ensure that we are maintaining our standards in health & safety, quality and efficiency. Lewis has been with us since he was an apprentice, some 6 years ago, and has progressed through the business through his willingness to listen, learn and absorb the knowledge and experience of those around him.
