At JHE Construction we are always on the lookout for new opportunities to manage new build developments. This means that we are keen to build relationships with developers, investors and property experts.

We are suited to work on developments ranging in size from a single dwelling to multiple dwellings up to 4 homes. By working on smaller developments such as these we can ensure that the attention to detail and build quality remain to the standard that is expected of our team. With the continuing issues with build quality on larger development sites we feel that looking for smaller opportunities is an important and manageable approach to development.

It is not just new build homes that we are able to deliver, we are also experienced in converting commercial property to habitable dwellings. When converting commercial space, it is highly important to spend the necessary time planning the construction phase as working in an existing space will always come with its own unique complications. Our extensive network of architects, surveyors and building inspectors are all positioned to help us iron out the details before construction begins meaning that a quick and efficient construction time can be achieved.
